These terms apply to the Punchcard Timesheets app for Jira Cloud, published by Construct Labs. By installing or using the app you agree to them. Purchases are made through the Atlassian Marketplace and are also subject to the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use.
Construct Labs grants your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app on the Jira Cloud sites it is installed on, for the term of your Marketplace subscription. Free tiers and trials are provided on the same terms.
Fees are set on the Marketplace listing, billed and collected by Atlassian, and may change with notice through the Marketplace. Refunds follow Atlassian's Marketplace refund policy.
Your worklogs remain in Jira and belong to you. The app's own stored data is described in the privacy policy and is deleted when the app is uninstalled.
Do not use the app to break the law, to interfere with Atlassian's platform, or to access data you are not permitted to see. The app enforces Jira's permissions; attempting to bypass them is a breach of these terms.
The app runs on Atlassian's platform and its availability follows Jira's. Support is described in the service level statement.
The app is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Construct Labs disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Construct Labs' total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the fees you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Construct Labs may end the licence if these terms are breached.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA.
