Fastest way to report a problem

Use the Found a bug? button inside the app. It sends the screen you were on, your last few actions in Punchcard, and the error if there was one, straight to the developer. It does not send your worklog text. Reports arrive within minutes and are usually acknowledged the same day.

What to include in an email

• Your Jira site address, for example yourcompany.atlassian.net.
• What you were trying to do and what happened instead.
• The reference code if the app showed one.

Status

Punchcard has no servers of its own. If Jira is available, Punchcard is available. For platform incidents see status.atlassian.com.
